Maddy Law

Hello there, I’m Maddy Law, an accredited Exercise Physiologist based in Rockhampton. Following the completion of my studies in Brisbane, I made the move to Rockhampton to embark on my journey as an Exercise Physiologist. With over two years of experience in private practice coupled with five years of University studies, I’ve acquired a wealth of expertise in health management across diverse populations.

Early on in my career, I discovered my passion for turning seemingly unattainable aspirations into reality. Delving into patient and clinician-centered goals to sculpt the framework of clinical interventions is my key to pursue optimal patient outcomes.

My areas of interest encompass interventions for individuals with neurological diagnoses, facilitating post-partum return to exercise, and harnessing clinical Pilates to attain goal-oriented objectives.

I am interested in:

  • Inspiring young adolescents to being more active and exercising to living a healthier lifestyle and improving their quality of life.
  • Encouraging sedentary people to exercise to improve their overall health.
  • Improving and developing young athletes on improving their physical fitness and their mindset of being a better athlete and person.
