Throughout the week we offer multiple group exercise classes completed at our clinics in Rockhampton and Yeppoon. These classes are tailored to individual needs and offer a cost-effective way to complete supervised and safe exercise programs. Depending on your goals, you can improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, bone density, balance, or a combination of these. We keep our groups limited to ensure everyone receives adequate support and assistance during the session.
